Response Rate

8.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday
Blue Hands Digital strävar efter att svara inom 24 timmar, om inte tidigare, på all kommunikation via e-post inom dessa timmar. Om svaret i fråga kräver längre tid att leverera är det upp till Blue Hands Digital att meddela kunden att de har fått mailet och när de ska arbeta med svaret.
Blue Hands Digital strive to answer to respond within 24 hours, if not sooner, to any communication via email within these hours. If the response in question requires a longer time to deliver, then it is up to Blue Hands Digital to let the client know that they have received the email and when they will work on the response.

Blue Hands Digital garanterar inte ett omedelbart svar under öppettider. Däremot kan Blue Hands Digital-anställda skicka ett svar på egen vilja om de är så benägna. Observera dock att detta är valfritt och går utöver det normala. Därför, även om det är uppskattat, bör det inte förväntas.
Blue Hands Digital does not guarantee an immediate response on off-hours. However, if so inclined, Blue Hands Digital employees may send a response at their own volition. However, note this is optional and goes beyond the normal. Hence, while it is appreciated, it should not be expected.

På sista minuten-förfrågningar som kommer in under kontorstid kommer Blue Hands Digital att börja levereras inom 5 arbetsdagar. Observera att på grund av annan arbetsbelastning och planering kan arbetet börja levereras den 5:e dagen. Medan Blue Hands Digital strävar efter att göra allt som står i deras makt för att hantera den mer brådskande begäran, finns det processer på plats för att säkerställa en hälsosam, balanserad arbetsbelastning för sina anställda.
On last minute requests that come in during business hours, Blue Hands Digital will start delivery within 5 business days. Note that due to other workload and planning, the work may start to get delivered on the 5th day . While Blue Hands Digital strives to do everything in their power to handle the more urgent request, there are processes in place to ensure a healthy, balanced workload for its employees.

Blue Hands Digital garanterar inte leverans utanför öppettider då vi prioriterar en hälsosam och balanserad arbetsmiljö. Vissa personer på Blue Hands Digital arbetar ibland under kvällar och helger. Observera dock att detta är valfritt och går utöver det normala. Därför, även om det är uppskattat, bör det inte förväntas.
Blue Hands Digital does not guarantee delivery on off-hours as we maintain a healthy and balanced work environment. However, some individuals at Blue Hands Digital, if so inclined, may work evenings and weekends. However, note this is optional and goes beyond the normal. Hence, while it is appreciated, it should not be expected.
